Is my personal data safe?
Yes, we process personal data in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR") and the Act on Personal Data Protection, as well as other regulations applicable in Poland.
First of all, we operate on the basis of full, lawful documentation. When processing your data we also use organizational procedures, equipment and physical security measures to ensure that your data are processed by duly authorized persons, only and exclusively for the purposes of which we inform you in this Policy and that they do not fall into the wrong hands.
We want to provide you with full knowledge of your data, therefore we explain the operation of our service in every detail, even if it does not concern personal data.

But what are these cookies, anyway?

How are your data processed when you participate in Yoga Direct?
The data we request from you in the application form is processed solely on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), except for your age, which we process for statistical purposes pursuant to Article 5(1)(f) of the GDPR) and other exceptional situations indicated below.
Before we begin our joint adventure with yoga, we would like to inform you that only the employee of the employer with whom we have concluded a contract for the provision of services in the form of organization and conduct of Yoga Direct activities has the possibility to participate in the activities organized by us.
Your data will be processed as follows:
a) We process your name, surname and business e-mail address to verify your employment with a particular employer with whom we have a Yoga Direct service agreement and your employer's eligibility for these activities,
b) in order to enrol in Yoga Direct activities it is necessary to create an account in the mobile application Perfect Gym Go, to which, as an independent administrator of your data, you transfer your data in order to maintain your account in the mobile application,
c) then the Perfect Gym Go application owner sends a request to G-HR Group to accept your request to be assigned to the Yoga Direct module,
d) if you consent to the processing of your data by us, we will have your data in our database and thus be able to confirm your participation in the Yoga Direct program,
e) once you have accepted your request to be assigned to Yoga Direct, you can sign up for and, if necessary, unsubscribe from any of the activities organised with your employer,
(f) you will also receive a reminder by e-mail of the activities you have enrolled in,
g) Your personal data will be necessary to verify your attendance in the activities you have enrolled in,
h) Your age is transferred anonymously to a separate database and we collect it only for statistical purposes, therefore we do not collect consent to its processing,
i) we can send data about your participation in Yoga Direct activities as part of reports to your employer upon request, so that he can determine your activity and the general interest of employees in the activities,
j) except in the case of maintaining your account in the mobile application Perfect Gym Go, where the owner of the application is an independent administrator of your data in this respect, we transfer to him (as an processor on the basis of a separate agreement to entrust data processing) your data in the remaining scope, i.e. to the extent necessary to verify your ability to participate in the activities and data on your attendance there, etc., as well as to the extent necessary for the verification of your ability to participate in the activities, and data on your attendance in these activities, etc,:
k) finally, you also agree to receive our newsletter, which can be sent by us and your employer,
(l) to pursue the legitimate interests of the Personal Data Controller, such as the possible need to defend against or pursue claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
m) for the purpose and scope necessary for the performance of legal obligations incumbent on the
Administrator, including in response to enquiries from law enforcement agencies and the judiciary (Article 6(1)
(c) of the GDPR)
For how long do we store your personal data?
We plan to process your data until your employer informs us about the termination of your employment contract or the deletion of your mobile application account (depending on what happens first).
Do we share your personal data with other entities?
We will share your personal data:
- Your employer and the owner of the mobile application Perfect Gym Go - Perfect Gym Solutions S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, Klimczaka 1, Royal Wilanów, Segment E, 4th floor, 02-797 Warsaw (e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org), on the basis of your consent,
- to pursue the legitimate interests of the Personal Data Controller or third parties, such as the possible need to defend against or pursue claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)
- for the purpose and scope necessary to fulfil the legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator, including in response to enquiries from law enforcement agencies and the judiciary (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR)
What rights do you have?
We want to provide you with all relevant information and communication regarding the processing of personal data in connection with the exercise of your right in a concise, transparent, understandable and easily accessible form, in clear and simple language:
- information provided in connection with the collection of personal data,
- the information provided on request on whether or not data are being processed, and
- other matters referred to in Article 15 of the GDPR, including the right to a copy of the data,
- the withdrawal of consent if it is the basis for the processing,
- rectification of the data;
- to be forgotten;
- restrictions on processing;
- data portability;
- not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated means

Every report received from you will be treated with special attention. By filing a complaint, we reserve the right to verify your identity in order to ensure that we do not share your data with anyone other than you.
We would like to warn you that in the case of certain applications (especially if they are connected with the handling of specific legal regulations), we will not be able to handle your application on the spot. However, in any case, you will be informed within one month of the steps taken to process your request. In special cases, we may extend this period by a further two months.
